We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were in the company of angels disguised as humans. We were impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the room, as well as the quietness. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including 24-hour room service, airport transfer, and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The dining options were also excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes available for both breakfast and dinner. we were highly satisfied with our experience here.

The hotel had excellent infrastructure and was surrounded by many restaurants, cafes, and shops. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a kettle, iron, and ironing board. I was pleased to find complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the room. The breakfast was delicious and even though I had an early morning flight, the hotel arranged for breakfast to be delivered to my room. The staff were friendly, positive, and polite throughout my stay. I highly recommend King Hotel Astana for a visit to this beautiful city in Kazakhstan.

Towering city views, spacious rooms, huge bathrooms. Old but acceptable furniture. Reception staff exceeded expectations, kind and helpful. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, buses. Spotlessly clean with great storage. Nice touches like complimentary toiletries and slippers. Breakfast and dinner options were satisfying. Great value for price.
